Great location and close to everything. 5stars

This is a great place! Close to everything, when we stayed (Summer) there was parking right out front! Inside is really well done! Plenty of dish-wear and anything you would want in a kitchen. Natural light that comes thru the skylights is a great touch! Only complaint is there tea is not enough places to hang towels.(with hot prongs 2 blocks away we used it a lot!

Great spot right on Main Street

Cozy house, comfy beds. Not sure what type of business this building originally was, but remodel to a vacation rental was very well done. Has everything you need, including easy access to entire downtown Ouray all within two blocks of rental.

great stay

Spacious and well designed. Although we did not use the kitchen other than the microwave and refrigerator it was very well stocked and had good appliances It was very comfortable

Perfect Home Base

This vacation rental is right on the main strip of Ouray. Perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping and hot springs. Parking on the street in front of rental. (Don't Park by the yellow curb) Walking distance to the trailer parking lot. Just across the street on 9th Avenue. There is a rental unit on the back side of this rental. Trash cans are located on the backside as well. Perfect home base from a day traveling the Alpine Loop. Large Tub/shower combo to wash the day off. Just FYI there isn't a washer and dryer. We wished there was some sort of outdoor seating to observe the comings and goings of Ouray. We will definitely be back!

Clean and adorable!

The property was clean, the staff was very helpful and it was located in a great spot. The mudroom is really nice for keeping gear (boots, ice axes, etc.) in. It gets tons of light from the skylights.

look no further. this is the place

If you are a family or group of friends (up to 6) this is a very nice, well equipped place, modernized but with wooden walls in a 19th century building, right in the middle of Main street. steps from groceries, liquor store, restaurants etc - a perfect complement to your Ouray trip. The mosts were responsive and there was nothing missing from this rental experience and nothing to criticize. look no further.

Great spot in Ouray

Very nice accommodations right down the street from the hot springs - very easy walk. Very nice interior with plenty of space. Street parking in front was easy, though you will need to park off main street at night. We would definitely stay here again.
