Our 3 bedroom, 3 baths, well-appointed country-style home is located just 6 miles from downtown Ouray and 7 miles from the heart of Ridgway in a peaceful valley with stunning views of the surrounding mountain, offering AC for those warm summer days, unlike most homes in the majestic San Juan mountain.
This home features stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, Southwest-inspired furnishings, gas fireplaces in the main living spaces, a large deck perfect for enjoying the cool mountain air, and an outdoor fire pit.

Located halfway between Ouray and Ridgway, and 45 miles (an hour drive) to Telluride, this home provides the perfect mountain getaway! Enjoy the abundance of deer and other wildlife that inhabit the valley, or sit back and take in the views. This spacious 3-level country-style mountain home sleeps up to 8 people. The main level includes a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bath in addition to a beautiful living room with a fireplace, dining room and modern kitchen. The upper level of the home boasts a large master bedroom with a queen bed and spacious bath. The home's cozy private lower level has a nice living area with a fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, and 3/4 bath. Although there is no garage parking access, there is plenty of room for 3 cars or 2 trucks with small trailers.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
