Our single level home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is just 1.5 miles from the historic downtown Durango and and 24 miles (25 minutes) from Purgatory Ski Resort.
Note the home is the bottom floor of a 3 story home with its own separate entrance. The owners live on the 2nd floor and have their own completely separate entrance. There is plenty of off street parking right in front of the entrance. The home is located in one of the iconic neighborhoods near historic downtown Durango and has all of the expected amenities of a short term rental including washer/dryer, fast WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ Grill, outdoor seating area etc.

Our home is NOT pet friendly due to severe allergies. This includes service animals in accordance with ADA standards and compliance restrictions related to severe allergies.
While the home does not have AC, it stays plenty cool since its on the ground/bottom floor (similar to a basement staying cooler then the upstairs of a home).
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
