Updated home with views near downtown Durango - Hot Tub, AC & Yard

Our stay in Durango couldn’t have been better\! Kit and Shawn were exceptional hosts, and we feel so fortunate to have chosen their home\. We are truly grateful for their warmth and hospitality\.

The house is absolutely perfect\! Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and Kit and Shawn made sure we had everything we could possibly need\. The home was immaculate, beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and incredibly comfortable\.

As soon as we finished unpacking, we headed out to the patio, fired up the barbecue, and immediately felt at home\. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time in Durango\.

Thank you, Kit and Shawn, for sharing your beautiful home and for making our stay so memorable\. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area\!

This home is absolutely beautiful; the pictures don't do it justice. All three bedrooms are spacious, everything is updated, and it's so nice. The kitchen is small but well-stocked (a coffee pot with coffee, and even a crockpot!). Everything in Durango was within 10 minutes, yet the home was SUPER quiet. If you like sleeping in a dark cave, I would suggest bringing a sleep mask as this is a bright, beautiful home. The homeowners were an absolute delight, and have the best advice on how to experience the area. Look forward to returning to Durango and staying here again!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The apartment was very clean. The owners, who live on site, were very kind & welcoming.
It wasn’t clear, when we booked, that the owners lived on site. It wasn’t a problem, we just didn’t read the description carefully.
The grounds are picturesque including hot tub, grassy area & an adorable playhouse that our grandchildren loved!

This home was amazing! My daughter and I had to make other arrangements once we got into durango, because the place we where currently staying in was way to small. So we where lucky enough to find this home available. The owners worked with us on our last minute arrangements and I couldn't have asked for a better place!!

Was in town to visit and ski with friend. The location was very convenient. Close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. The property was clean and maintained. I was very comfortable. The service was very good. So good that I didn't need anything. I was very satisfied. Staff offered to address any issues. However, I did not have any. I would recommend this place to others.

This home was perfect for our family of 5. It was spacious and well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen. The views were nice, the home was clean and it served as a great home base for our trip. It's close to town so we could easily come back and rest before heading out to dinner after all g day of exploring the area. We met the owner and she was very sweet. I'd highly recommend!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this property in early July. We stayed in the top-floor unit. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, and accommodated our family of six perfectly. The property owners, who live on the main floor, are the kindest and most gracious hosts. The home is a little over a mile from the downtown area, and has easy access to parking. I highly recommend this property.

The place was perfect for a Holiday weekend with friends . Very clean and and nice just as described and shown in the photos. The beds were great and the hotub was a nice bonus . We could Even walk into town in under 30 min if you wanted to. Would highly recommend!

We were in Durango for a family reunion. The location of the house was perfect for us. It is a very nice house. Since we were all adults we would have preferred that the smaller bedroom have a double bed.

The O'Reilly Inn was a perfect landing spot for our time in Durango. Situated in a quiet residential area yet just minutes from charming Main street. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and spotless upon arrival. It was warm when we were there but the ceiling fans and a/c in the two main bedrooms made it very comfortable. The owners live in the middle unit and are extremely personable and love sharing the history of the home. The beds are very comfortable btw..The vacation rental group is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have even on a 3 day federal holiday. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Durango.
