Two Homes in the Same Building - Hot Tub - Minutes to Downtown Durango

This listing consists of two separate 3 bedroom / 2 bath homes as part of a very large 3 story home that is located just over a mile from downtown Durango and 24 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort. Each home has its a separate entrance and there is plenty of street parking (no meters).

The homes also feature a hot tub and yard as well as fully stocked kitchens and the usual amenities expected from a vacation rental. The home on the top floor features an evaporative air cooling system which keeps it plenty cool on those few days in summer where temps are above average. The home on the bottom floor stays plenty cool since its acts like a basement. The owners are an older couple who live on the middle floor of the 3 story home.

Our home is NOT pet friendly due to severe allergies. This includes service animals in accordance with ADA standards and compliance restrictions related to severe allergies.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
