Description

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath single level condo is located in Peregrine Point (Unit 205) which is the newest building at Purgatory Resort.

The Peregrine Point building is adjacent to the main plaza (1 minute walk) for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and great shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain.

The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful granite counter tops and complete cooking utensils for great meals. The main living space features a deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air and view of the slopes!

There is also a washer and dryer in the unit and parking is unassigned outside in front of the building.

Bed Configuration:

Master - King

2nd - Bunk Bed (Single over single) and Trundle bed (single over single)

As with all condos in the Peregrine Point building per HOA Rules, pets are not allowed.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Clean & Comfy Stay for 5

We had a great stay in this unit. I selected this on specifically because of the number of beds in the guest bedroom for my kids. This condo exceeded our expectations, the layout was great, lots of seating and places to hang gear, pantry for food storage, clean fridge...the kitchen was well appointed with dishes, silverware and pots and pans in good condition for a rental. The unit was IMMACULATE. We've been coming to Purgatory for years and I plan to rebook this unit time and again. The management team is helpful, responsive and great to work with.

Perfect mountain getaway

This rental was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location is easy to find and conveniently located, just steps from village center and the lifts.
The condo itself is in great condition, it was spotless, cozy and the kitchen was well equipped.
We especially loved the great communication from VRC they are the best !!! They provided exceptional help with booking and clear instructions making check in/out a breeze.
If you are looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay at Purgatory resort this is it !! 10/10

Amazing location, beautiful condo

We took our family of six to Durango for the week. We stayed here and it was amazing. Very well stocked, immaculately cleaned, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We definitely will stay here again.

Cool Summer Lodging

The unit was clean and very well equipped. Updated decor and spacious. The covered, assigned parking, luggage trolley and elevator were all appreciated. We enjoyed the grill and had coffee on the balcony every morning. We will certainly stay here again if it's available when we travel to the Durango area again.
