The Pine Acres complex backs up to National Forest Land and the historic Durango & Silverton tourist train runs adjacent to the property. There are decks off both the main living space and the bedrooms in the back of the condo. You can expect all of the usual amenities such as WIFI, Washer/Dryer, covered assigned parking space (and additional uncovered parking) and linens/towels. There is a also a desk with a monitor in the master bedroom. While the condo does not have central AC, there is a mini split AC Unit in the main living space which keeps the entire condo pretty cool as well as tower fans and ceiling tower fans in each bedroom (the bedrooms get no sun so stay cool). The condo is single level, but two flights of stairs are required to reach the front door

There is no parking for RVs, Trailers, Boats, etc at Pine Acres - Please do not book this property if you have a trailer etc.
The home is not pet friendly - please do not bring pets.

We stayed in Pine Acres 202 for four nights and it was a lovely location. We couldn't have asked for a better experience for Durango. All of the amenities were appreciated and the place was clean and spacious. We also loved getting to see the vintage train go by each morning! Booking here is a great option if you're looking to stay in the Durango area but not right downtown. The unit also had laundry and was in a relatively quiet complex which was very nice for our family. We would certainly book this again.
