• Stairs: There are exterior stairs at both entrances of the home and interior stairs between all four levels, including a spiral staircase to the loft. We don't recommend this home for guests with mobility limitations.

• Parking: There is driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles.

• This property is pet-friendly! Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $40/night, maximum $250 per stay. No cats allowed. Please notify us upon booking if you are bringing a pet. The yard is not fenced, so please keep dogs leashed outside.

• All stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays require cleans every 30 days at an additional guest expense.
