the location was awesome, and everything was close for us to see. Enjoyed the small-town feeling. The rental was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. Will stay there again on our next trip out to Moab, UT.

Great location and beautiful views of the mountains. There was plenty of room for parking our truck and trailer in the driveway. We have a 4 seater SxS that easily fit in the garage and the truck might have fit in there next to it, we never tried. The townhouse was very comfortable. It could have used some attention to details regarding a few things, but I addressed those with the property manager and it sounded as those issues were going to be addressed immediately. The property manager was wonderful and always quick to respond. I do plan to return to this home on my next trip to Moab.

The place was very nice and very clean. It had a wonderful view of the mountains. It was fully stocked with everything. Check in was very easy and they was super nice. Not far from town. We will definitely stay again.

We have stayed in VRC homes many times in different states. I think this one was the best yet. It is very nice and almost brand new and it had everything you could want. You can se the La Sal mountains from the bedroom and the living room. We would recommend this home 100%.

Clean, well appointed, comfortable condo in Moab. Garage and all the comforts of home. Even had coffee beans from a local coffee house and a grinder to use. Made for a delicious wake up.
MVC made process easy. This is my second time renting from them. Both times have been perfect.

This condo is in a picturesque setting just south of Moab. It was clean and very nicely furnished except the kitchen could use some new pans. Be aware that bedrooms are all up a flight of stairs and the pool shuts down at 9pm sharp local time and is a bit of a hike to get to, but a 1 min drive with parking available. Great location, good communication- we'd stay again.

This was an excellent unit, very clean and well equipped. About 5 miles south of Moab, but a short drive into town. Dead horse Point, Canyonlands, and Arches very accessible. The complex was very quiet. I would highly recommend this location for your visit to Moab.

Excellent place to stay in Moab! The property was very clean and nice, close to town but far enough outside of the town that you aren't in the overcrowded area, especially since we had large trailers with us. There were plenty of places to park oversize vehicles and trailers. I accidentally left behind some belongings that I didn't realize until after we left town, and when I called the property management number, I was able to immediately speak to a person (versus going through a phone tree) and they were incredibly helpful in returning my belongings. I would definitely stay at this location again as it's probably my favorite place to stay in Moab!

This is one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The master bedroom is huge. Bathrooms are very spacious as well. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings. It's a quiet neighborhood which we like. The customer service is top notch. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. We visited the national parks in the area. No restaurants to recommend as we cooked at the condo every night.

After reviewing many vacation rentals, we selected Rim Village Vista - #8A3 and were very satisfied. The 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath was perfect for us. It was just my husband and me so we just closed the spare bedrooms and spare bath upstairs upon arrival so the housekeepers would know we didn’t use them. The views from the patio was really great. Kitchen was well equipped. Ice maker wasn’t operating so we just bought ice cube trays to make ice or bought it. Very handy to have the inside garage and washer / dryer right there. The only thing I might add as owner would be more wash cloths, hand towels, and kitchen towels. TV’s were a little temperamental but we figured out the living room TV, but didn’t ever connect upstairs to anything except HDTV. Oh well, we weren’t in Moab to watch TV. Would definitely stay here again — Maybe next time with friends post Covid! Oh, and the grill that previous renters commented on — my husband is a grill guy and propane gas guy. He turned it on high and cleaned it up with grill brush there and it worked great. If there were more people, a larger grill may be better, but certainly worked fine for us. 4 out of 5 stars on cleanliness as the carpet was a bit worn or just walked on by people with dirty shoes. If mine, I’d tile the whole place with the sandy, red, soil out there. All in all a great place!
