This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom plus a beautiful loft space cabin is located just 4-miles north of Ouray, featuring tranquil San Juan gateway and forest scenery from the oversized picture windows of the living area.and loft. The kitchen is compact, yet it has everything you will need for your mountain stay. An informal indoor and outdoor deck dining areas are perfect to enjoy a well-deserved meal after a full day of adventure.
The south facing loft area is the perfect setting to enjoy the San Juan Gateway sunrise and evening sky with breathtaking views or relax with your favorite book in the quiet wooded hillside.
At the end of your day of adventure relax in the upstairs primary bedroom with a King bed and full bathroom with walk-in shower located downstairs.
The second ensuite bedroom is located on the opposite side of the cabin, complete with a private entrance, queen bed, loveseat and Smart TV, full bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette and dining bar for two with views of the Ridgway valley.
Bed Configuration:
Primary Bedroom - King Bed (second floor)
Second ensuite Bedroom - Queen Bed with walk-in shower full bathroom and kitchenette (first floor)
Loft - Day Bed (second floor)
PROPERTY DISCLOSURES:
1. The owners live on-site in a separate home.
2. Riding off-road vehicles is NOT permitted on the property, but hiking is welcomed.
3. For winter stays (September through May) a 4WD or AWD vehicle is required.
4. RV's and trailers are not allowed. Free parking is available for RV's and trailers at the west end of 9th Ave in Ouray.
5. Like most properties in the area, this home does not have air conditioning, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are kept cooler by opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40's, along with closing windows and window coverings before the sun rises.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
