Affordable townhome at Purgatory - Awesome views - Steps to slopes

Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath (Unit 6) townhome is located in the Sitzmark Building at Purgatory Ski Resort and offers convenience in all seasons. This is a mountain retreat right at the base of one of Purgatory's favorite runs, Lower Hades - just a minute walk from the condo. Ski down to the high-speed six pack in the morning, and ski back in the afternoon. In spring, summer and fall, mountain biking and hiking trails are just the other side of the front door. . This location cannot be beat, and it's close to the skier base area, all of the restaurants and shops, and the primary amenities of the main skier village at Purgatory.

The townhome offers plenty of space with an open living room, vaulted ceilings, and a large deck with amazing views. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from the large and sunny deck. This condo features parking for 2 vehicles, a washer and dryer, WIFI and a gas grill.

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged & does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub & workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

The townhome is not pet friendly.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Homey walk to slopes rental

Perfect rental for our family. Comfortable beds, sufficient cookware for home made meals. Only thing better would be ski in ski out.

Fall review at Sitzmark6

Very nice, clean well equipped condo. Our condo was missing an outdoor table, called vacation rentals& they brought one out immediately. Staff & maintenance were super helpful. Would stay here again in the nicely remodeled condo.

Great trip!

Couldn’t have been a nicer condo. The resort had a pipe burst and left us without water for 2 days. The owners had water delivered and gave us access to another condo to accommodate the no water. They were on it and did everything they could to continue to keep us comfortable. Really appreciate them so much!

Wouldl Stay Here Again!

Great place to stay. It was clean and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, serving utensils, etc. The house sits up high on the slope and had a large balcony, so the view across the valley was wonderful! Even though it was chilly, I enjoyed my first cup of coffee on the balcony every morning!

Fabulous experience from the beginning to end! !

I must honestly say that the reservation process was so easy we were afraid we had been scammed. We at least thought it was going to be a lack luster experience. We were absolutely blown away! It beyond exceeded all of our expectations. The check in process was easy and once we opened that door we were thrilled. We’ve done a lot of extended stay or VRBO type rentals. This was by far the cleanest and best appointed. We will be loyal customers from this stay on out.
