Climb the outdoor spiral staircase to your mountain‑view balcony, then step inside to a cozy, fully furnished space that sleeps four. The private bedroom includes a king bed, Roku TV, and en‑suite bath with a glass‑enclosed shower. The living room offers an electric fireplace, West Elm sofa with trundle, and a wide‑screen Roku TV, along with a washer/dryer and plenty of storage.

The full kitchen features updated Haier appliances, dinnerware for eight, and all the cookware you need, plus a Keurig, toaster, and blender for easy mornings. A dining table for four, dedicated workspace, and high‑speed internet (100+ Mbps) make this condo as functional as it is relaxing.

There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to purgatory on weekends - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot.

LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

Trailers are discouraged as there is very limited, designated space to park trailers - if you plan to bring one, please inquire first.

AWD or 4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

When booking directly with Vacation Rental Collective, we offer a Moderate Cancellation Policy for this Property: A guest will receive a 100% refund if canceled/changed at least 30 days before check-in; a 50% refund if canceled/changed 14-30 days before check-in; and no refund if canceled/changed 13 days or less before check-in. If you booked on a third-party site (VRBO, Airbnb, etc), your cancellation is subject to their policy. We do offer travel insurance.
