Texas Colorado Two Step is a beautifully remodeled studio tucked inside the Tamarron Lodge (#110), offering cozy comfort and smart design for couples, small families, or anyone seeking a peaceful mountain escape.

The bright galley kitchen includes a farmhouse sink, microwave, ample shelving, and generous counter space with outlets for easy meal prep. A crockpot, electric griddle, and toaster oven are provided, and a full‑size fridge plus a full‑size washer/dryer make longer stays simple. The updated bathroom features a tiled walk‑in shower, spacious vanity, and plenty of hanging space.

Relax in the living area with a comfortable sofa (that converts to a full bed), a 65" TV, and a small table for dining or game nights. The king bed sits behind a charming pony wall, creating a private nook with natural light and built‑in shelving. Expanded closet space gives you room to unpack and settle in.

Traveling with a larger group? Unit 110 connects to Unit 109 through two individually lockable doors for added flexibility.

ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE: These amenities are included with your reservation: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, playground. These amenities are available, but with an extra fee on a pay-per-use basis: golf at private course at the Tamarron rate, tennis, pickleball, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to Purgatory on weekends during ski season only - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot.

LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

VRC CANCELLATION POLICY: At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. When booking directly with Vacation Rental Collective, Vacation Rental Collective offers a Moderate Cancellation Policy for this Property: A guest will receive a 100% refund if canceled/changed at least 30 days before check-in; a 50% refund if canceled/changed 14-30 days before check-in; and no refund if canceled/changed 13 days or less before check-in. If you booked on a third-party site (VRBO, Airbnb, etc), your cancellation is subject to their policy. We do offer travel insurance.
