The Carriage House is a private loft-style apartment tucked behind a historic Baker home. At 700 square feet across two levels, it's a one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat that sleeps two comfortably, with farmhouse-inspired finishes throughout, including waxed wood floors.

On the main level, step through the barn-style double doors into an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and dining seating for two. For coffee lovers, the kitchen comes stocked with a pour-over setup, kettle, French press, and Colorado-roasted coffee.

Upstairs, you'll find an open, loft-style bedroom with a queen bed and a small living area featuring a couch, armchair, desk, and AppleTV, plus a foldable ping pong table for guests who want a little friendly competition built into their stay.

Outside, a fenced-in backyard offers a patio, grill, and outdoor seating for four. Please note the backyard is shared with the main house. Popular shops, restaurants, and bars are all within walking distance!

• This home does not have a washing machine or dryer

• No central AC. There is a window AC unit to keep things cool in the summer.

• Parking: Street parking is available in front of the home with the provided permit. Failure to return the permit will result in a $100 fine to replace it.
