• All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense

• Please note one the Queen bedroom in the main house has a curtain, and not a door.

• There are exterior facing cameras on site, strictly for security purposes only: driveway, front door & garage door area.
