Cancellation Policy:

When booking direct with Vacation Rental Collective, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This payment is applied toward the total balance and is refundable only within 72 hours of booking.

If arrival is within 30 days, payment in full is required at booking.

Cancellations or date changes within 30 days of arrival are not permitted and will result in forfeiture of the full reservation amount. Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival forfeit only the initial $300 payment.

For stays of 30+ nights, this cancellation window extends to 60 days prior to arrival.

Travel insurance is available and strongly encouraged.
