• Garage parking for three vehicles is available for your convenience.
• The HOA has strict parking requirements. Parking is only allowed in the garage, the driveway, and directly in front of the rental property. Thank you for your cooperation!
• Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.
