There are 5 TVs in the house (each bedroom and both living spaces) and the main living space and master bedroom feature gas fireplaces. The large deck and hot tub make this property perfect.
The home is located near the Purgatory Flats trail head, one of the finest and most scenic hikes in the area as well as a stocked pond for fishing/paddle boarding and a playground and in winter, there is a cross country ski trail right close by. 4WD is NOT required in the winter.
