This executive rental (minimum 30 days) has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom (with claw foot tub), and a loft area with workout equipment and a desk. Walking distance to the Denver Hospital District, City Park, and the Denver Zoo and just 2 miles to downtown Denver.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped to cook a great meal and enjoy a night at home. If you don't feel like cooking, you are within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars.

Feel free to bring your pooch where they can run free in the private, fenced yard. There is also outdoor dining and a BBQ grill to dine under the stars.

For longer stays, mid-stay inspections are required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

These supplies are just to get you started. You'll need to grab more when they run out.
