Our 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome (Unit 10a8) is conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains.

The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar. The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). There is plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill is provided.

Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground. There is plenty of green, open space to walk your dog and for the kids to play!

The large 2 car garage is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other gear inside. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway and plenty of off street parking for trailers, etc. A bike repair stand is available for use along with an assortment of tools for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape for epic Moab riding!

Cyclists and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles. Parking is plentiful and easy. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles!

Great Place to stay near Moab

Stayed three nights to experience Arches and Canyonlands National Park. The unit was perfectly situated just outside of town. It was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a few meals. Pool area was nice but was always busy when we were there.

Great Home Base for Arches National Park Visit

Very comfortable and spacious home in a quiet location, exactly as advertised in description and photos. Close enough to the center of town to go out to dinner or shopping for souvenirs. We also enjoyed preparing meals in the kitchen and on the grill. Would stay here again if ever in the Moab area. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and quiet, access to plenty!

We had a lovely extended (27 night!) stay at Rim Village Vista - Unit 10A8. Though there were only two of us that stayed for the duration, we had weekend visits from children and grandchildren. The property was more than adequate for our group. The face that we could bring out pet was critical. The owners thoughtfully provided clean-up supplies for the doggies that made things especially easy.

If you are coming in the off-season and are interested in the pool and hot tub, make sure you check their availability. While not a problem for us, they were not open for the February days.

The location was great. It gave us ready access to everything from Arches to Dead Horse Point, Grand Junction to Mesa Verde. If you are a city slicker, realize that there is not access to the big block stores (e.g. Wal-mart, Costco), but the local shopping gave us everything we really needed.

I happily recommend this property, and would readily stay there again.

Great condo!

The condo was a great size and furnishings and decor were very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. It was convenient to Moab and the parks. We had a large garage and the washer was large and convenient to do your laundry. We had no issues so did not have to get in touch with owners.

Perfect location to enjoy Moab
