Our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom beautifully appointed luxury loft is located in the heart of Ouray overlooking historic Main Street. Its location is near all Ouray offers; views and ultimate comforts make this destination perfect for your next mountain getaway!

Our condo has all the comforts of home with great attention to detail. Its décor embodies the western history for which Ouray is known. Featuring John Wayne and elements from the movie True Grit, you will enjoy the western nostalgia that appears throughout the condo. The well-appointed kitchen with a gorgeous bar area, high-end seating, wine fridge, and up-to-date appliances makes for a cooking and entertaining experience that is sure to remember!

For your comfort, we have A/C for the warm summer months, a gas stove to keep you toasty in the winter, and an elevator accessible from the back entrance. We have an Apple smart TV with Dish Network Premium channels in both bedrooms and living area.

Bed Configuration:

Master Bedroom - Queen Bed
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed.

Each bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with a flat-screen TV. The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bath and lovely features, including gorgeous views to the south/southeast mountains, a large walk-in tile shower, double sink, dressing area, and commode.

The Master also features a large walk-in closet for the guests looking for an extended stay. This is a wonderful attribute.
The second bedroom has glass doors with lovely privacy drapes and offers a beautiful full bathroom across the hall. There is a flat-screen TV in the hutch and internet access.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
