Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October) and hot tub. There is plenty of parking for jeeps, UTV/ATV's and trailers. You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area!
The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains. PETS: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in. Per the HOA, there is a 2 dog max. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets in our units 🙂
My Girlfriend another couple and I recently stayed at Rim Village H-3. This was perhaps the 4 th or 5 th time I have stayed at Paul’s condo. I love the fact we can usually reserve it for a few days on short notice. We always find the condo spotless, beautifully decorated and soooo relaxing.The location just a few minutes south of downtown Moab is perfect! Close enough to accessany restaurant or National Park entrance, yet quiet, private, and great views of the Moab Rimto the west. We came to Moab this time for the ½ Marathon. Post-race, we love watching college football on the Wide screen TV’s while the ladies “get creative” in the nicely furnished gourmet kitchen. Thanks for a great weekend… We will definitely be back. !

Another beautiful week in Moab Utah ! 2 friends from California and I planned a 5 day visit. We visited 3 national parks and stayed at this lovely patio home. What a treat ! I had been to this unit twice before over the past 5 years and I was anxious to share it with my friends. We all loved the location, just a short drive to fabulous hiking, and then retreat to the luxury and comfort of this condo. Great showers and beds… handsome, fully furnished kitchen , and spectacular views from the private, gated patio. The housekeepers keep the place super clean with lots of nice touches, soaps shampoos, thick luxurious towels and linens, etc.
No complaints here !
The place was just as I had hoped for a great getaway. Can’t wait to come back again.
