Our spacious, open concept home has tons of natural light, great sunset views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains, and is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village complex. Just minutes from Arches National Park, dozens of hikes for all levels, jeep and ATV/UTV trails (drive directly from the home), white water rafting, horseback riding, scenic golfing and of course Moab's legendary mountain bike trails.

Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October) and hot tub. There is plenty of parking for jeeps, UTV/ATV's and trailers. You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area!

The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains. In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure or soak in the nearby community hot tub.

The home offers a two-car garage, driveway and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. It has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

Rim Village H3 - Exceptional Rental!!

Our stay at the Rim Village H3 rental was a delight. All of the extras provided by the management company were so convenient and such a nice touch. The home is decorated beautifully and my family and I were able to really relax and enjoy it. Beautiful outside views from the property as well! We will be booking again very soon!

Outstanding!!

Wonderful stay in Moab townhome

Our stay here was just perfect. Great communication before, during and after the stay from the property manager. The coffee beans and grinder were a nice touch for this coffee lover! It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and I liked having actual cable on the TV instead of just a smart TV with a streaming service. The great view and big outdoor private seating area was a nice place to enjoy the cool evenings and beautiful mornings. The propery manager definitely knows how to host a guest and provide an exceptional experience!

Clean, Quiet, Cozy House

This house was perfect for our family. It was clean, quiet and comfortable and has a cozy feel to it. The water takes a couple minutes to get hot but don’t give up, it will warm up! It’s a few minutes from town but we’d definitely stay here again.

Lovely

2 small hiccups- front door lock wouldn't open and hot water was not turned on. Very responsive staff took care of it immediately. We used the garage entry for one day and instruction gave us hot water right away.The condo was clean, and well appointed. Very enjoyable!

Great Moab Stay

My Girlfriend another couple and I recently stayed at Rim Village H-3. This was perhaps the 4 th or 5 th time I have stayed at Paul’s condo. I love the fact we can usually reserve it for a few days on short notice. We always find the condo spotless, beautifully decorated and soooo relaxing.The location just a few minutes south of downtown Moab is perfect! Close enough to accessany restaurant or National Park entrance, yet quiet, private, and great views of the Moab Rimto the west. We came to Moab this time for the ½ Marathon. Post-race, we love watching college football on the Wide screen TV’s while the ladies “get creative” in the nicely furnished gourmet kitchen. Thanks for a great weekend… We will definitely be back. !

Beautiful Moab Trip

Another beautiful week in Moab Utah ! 2 friends from California and I planned a 5 day visit. We visited 3 national parks and stayed at this lovely patio home. What a treat ! I had been to this unit twice before over the past 5 years and I was anxious to share it with my friends. We all loved the location, just a short drive to fabulous hiking, and then retreat to the luxury and comfort of this condo. Great showers and beds… handsome, fully furnished kitchen , and spectacular views from the private, gated patio. The housekeepers keep the place super clean with lots of nice touches, soaps shampoos, thick luxurious towels and linens, etc.

No complaints here !

The place was just as I had hoped for a great getaway. Can’t wait to come back again.
