Comfortable Apt

Rental agency was very responsive. Apartment was clean and had plenty of room. Good location. This was our second stay.

Excellent

Plenty of room - close cool brewery (Avery) - perfect to visit my daughter in Longmont - rather easy to get from airport to location with one transfer downtown Boulder

Family vacation

Condo is much larger than it appears in pictures and in great shape, exterior needs work. Need to add a a/c unit to bedroom with the twin beds

Boulder Condo

Great spot to stay with all necessities close by, easy trip to downtown Boulder and all the things it offers. The accommodations were very good with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The outside is nothing special, but the area is quiet, safe and secure. We loved our time together at this venue.

Comfy and spacious place to stay

This was a very comfortable and open place to stay. Really nice for families, couples, or a large group of friends. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and some basic spices. We stayed for a triathlon and really enjoyed it. Our only complaint was we couldn't figure out how to start the fireplace, but we also didn't reach out to the property manager. They were great about sending us messages and check in information so I am sure they would have helped us had we asked.

Thanksgiving

I appreciated the other reviews that warned not to be deterred by the exterior of the building. Initially we were a bit hesitant but found the interior to be perfect for our needs and quite lovely. The location is great and an nice walking path right out the door that takes you straight to a brewery!
