Relax and enjoy this beautifully updated home at the base of Pilot Butte! This home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, minutes from Costco, Whole Foods, food cart lots and great restaurants. With access to Pilot Butte trail just next door, you can't beat this location!

Feel like eating in? This is easy to do in the well stocked gourmet kitchen and comfortable 6 person dining area. Appreciate the modern updates designed by a Feng Shui expert, gas fireplace and all the comforts of home away from home. If you have some work to do while visiting, take advantage of the office space setup on the 2nd level, equipped with desk and printer.

CARS MUST BE PARKED IN GARAGE OR FULLY IN DRIVEWAY AT THIS PROPERTY. THERE IS NO STREET PARKING.

2nd Bedroom: Queen bed (2nd level)

Home is equipped with SmartTV-login to your favorite app! (Hulu, Netflix, etc) and a full house water filtration system. No street parking available. Cars must be parked in garage or the one space available in driveway.

The home is pet friendly (2 pet max) and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

Nice clean home!

Nice clean home in great neighborhood with easy access to trials and everything Bend has to offer! Parking is not great for multiple vehicles but we made it work. Jessica was easy to communicate with and we would totally stay again.

Beautifully updated home on a quiet Bend cul-de-sac....

Centrally located and a quick drive to restaurants, breweries and all Bend and the surrounding area has to offer. The trail head to Pilot Butte was at the end of the street which was great for walking our dog.
This home is perfect for a small family or two couples. It is well equipped with all the amenities you’d possibly need and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We would book Parkview again.

Great place for families in Bend

The house was perfect for our short Bend vacation. Easy to get anywhere in the area, close to downtown and super close to Pilot Butte.

Great Rental in Bend!

Our Family of 5 came out for a long weekend to enjoy the town and participate in a youth basketball tourney. The house worked out perfectly for us. The house was spotless upon arrival, with very comfortable beds, tasteful/modern decor and all the amenities any family would need. Access to Pilot Butte trail from the house was an added bonus; getting a nice hike in every day without even having to drive to a trailhead. The house is also very centrally located to the area. 10 barrel and Worthy Brewing are 3-4 minute drives away and downtown is only 10 minutes.

Awesome home!

This home is close to everything you need for a great stay. Right at the base of Pilot Butte, for an early morning walk, and easy access to restaurants and grocery stores.

The house is beautifully decorated, but not overdone with a bunch of tchatkes, that you have to constantly put out of little ones reach! The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need to prepare a meal, as well as bake cookies! There is a huge gas grill just outside the door, as well as a nice jacuzzi tub.

It was just my husband and myself, along with our 2 small dogs, but it would work great for a family.

Definitely recommend this property!!!

Great base for exploring Bend, Mt. Bachelor, Smith Rock, etc.

Sparkling clean, modern house in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Kitchen had all the standard bnb supplies, modern appliances, good wifi, gas fireplace, open and bright feel.

The house adjoins Pilot Butte park, with a easy climb to top with stunning views (was a bit snowy and slippery when we did it, so dress warmly with good shoes in winter).

~5 minute drive to downtown where many restaurants have covid-compliant outdoor dining (tents, walls, heaters). Costco and Whole Foods are about a mile away for provisions.

Mt. Bachelor is ~25 miles away, all the local Bend winter activities (xc skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, etc.) are easily accessible. Same would also be true of summer stuff: e.g. Deschutes River paddle boarding, Phil's Trails and other mountain bike locales, hiking, are right down the road, but of course under snow when we stayed.

Even though it was winter, we hiked at Smith Rock, about 25 minute drive north, just as some snow was starting to fall there: beautiful!

All in all, this is a great Bend-area base camp. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!!! Beautiful home

This was a perfect location for our stay. We walked along the Pilot Butte trail every morning, and enjoyed the location close to downtown and more. The house was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed in order to cook anything we wanted. Will be staying here again!
