Our cute 336 sqft studio condo in the Kendall Mountain building (Unit 545) offers the ultimate convenience in winter or summer as it is located in the heart of Purgatory Village only steps from the primary high-speed lift to the top of the mountain, the Purgatory Express. Nice mini kitchen with stainless appliances, walk-in shower, cozy fireplace in living area. The kitchen has 2 small fridges (one of which can be converted to a freezer only simply by adjusting the temperature), 2 stovetop burners, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, coffee maker (regular drip and k-cup machines), and tea kettle. A new memory foam topper was added to the queen bed in December 2022. There is also a sound machine on the nightstand.

The condo is located on a single level on the 5th floor (elevator access) of the Kendall Building. The Kendall building also features a hot tub on the roof with amazing views of the Needles mountain range.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Kendall Building, are NOT pet friendly.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
