Our home, just a short walk across the pedestrian bridge to Lionshead Village, provides swift access to the mountain, ensuring you spend more time on the slopes. Immerse yourself in the world-class dining and shopping options available in the Village. Originally constructed by combining units 32-D and 33-D, our space features elevated ceilings, top-floor privacy, and an artful design with all essential amenities. The Sun Vail condo offers an exceptional layout, complemented by new stainless appliances, including a wine fridge, and smart TVs in every room. The open floor plan fosters a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for socializing by the fireplace after a day of skiing. Revel in the comfort of new leather furniture and a large flat-screen TV in the great room. Step outside onto our two expansive patio decks, each equipped with a gas grill and comfortable furniture, offering panoramic views of the village and the majestic ski mountain. Ample storage, including spacious ski cubbies, ensures you can organize all your gear seamlessly. The surround sound stereo system, charming bar area, and a laundry room with two sets of washer/dryers contribute to the feeling of being right at home. As guests of Sun Vail, you gain access to our large, year-round outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, and a redwood sauna, all with unparalleled views of the mountain. Conveniently located steps away from the Vail free bus, you can explore this world-class town effortlessly. Additionally, our residence is next to the Sandstone playground, a local favorite. For an extra $20 per night, guests can secure a ski locker at Vail Ski Tech in Lionshead Village. Please note that the home is located on the top floor with no elevator (2 flights of stairs). Luggage assistance is available upon request between 8 am and 10 pm.

4th Bedroom - Full with Ensuite Bath
5th Bedroom - 2 Bunk Beds (1 Twin over Queen & 1 Double over Double)

The 3rd and 5th bedrooms share a bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has it's own bathroom, but it is across the hall.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Amazing! Such a great location and the unit was perfect for a large group. There are some stairs so keep that in mind - but it was fine for our group.

Women's Trip to Vail

Our stay couldn't have been better! Communication with management was excellent and timely and the condo itself was quite lovely. My girlfriends are very sophisticated travelers and we found this home to be extremely clean with thoughtful amenities. My only comment (which I've seen in other reviews) is to be aware that there is no elevator to the unit so the walk up 4 flights of stairs should be considered depending on the amount of luggage one has or any health issues. But we would definitely book this condo again (next year)!

Great rental for a large party

Beautiful condo in great condition and well equipped. Walk to Lionshead is reasonable and access to free bus to Vail Village is nearby. It should be noted that there are 72 steps from the parking lot to the unit. It should also be noted than the unit is currently configured to sleep up to 13 people.

Every little detail is perfectly thought out and the space couldn’t be more perfect. It was well equipped, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We had three families and more than enough space! The kitchen is enormous and the view of the mountains from the two large balconies was breathtaking. It is in a great location, too! We are already planning our next trip back! We loved our stay!

Great Place to Stay

My daughter, grandson, and I recently stayed at 1222 Leroy in Northglenn. We feel like we chose the perfect spot. The location was ideal for where we needed to be and the neighborhood made it truly feel like a cozy home away from home. The beds were really comfortable which allowed us to get some great sleep after our busy days. The kitchen had everything anyone would need to save time and money by having breakfast – and even dinner – at “home”. The yard was lovely and provided a comfy place to sit and relax. We made one request of the host upon check-in and it was handled immediately. We were very impressed with how responsive the host was. Thumbs up to the homeowner/host – and also thumbs up to VRC and their property management team. I’ve stayed at VRC properties when traveling in the past and have resolved to never stay in a hotel or a property managed by anyone else again. They truly go above and beyond when it comes to the properties they manage. I will absolutely stay with VRC and at 1222 Leroy again!
