This home boasts two separate living spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, a fantastic outdoor area equipped with yard games, and a stunning brick fireplace in the main living space. Our home is the perfect location for all of your outdoor adventures. Take a round of golf at the Rio Grande Golf Club & Resort, float or fish the Rio Grande River, or head into the mountains for an ATV or Jeep ride. You will never be bored in this outdoor wonderland!

Our home is the perfect getaway for your family or a group of friends. It has two separate wings for the Main Bedroom and Ensuite bath and a second wing for the two other bedrooms. It's perfect for multiple families. It is only 28 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area and is the ideal base camp for summer and winter adventures.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during the 4th of July or Christmas/New Year's holiday).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
