Cozy and cutely decorated
Our second time staying here and we love it! Super clean, well appointed and, best of all, you can walk to tons of shops, restaurants and fun things to do. Farmers Market on Sunday was a nice surprise. We’ll be back!

After searching for a location with close proximity to Empower Stadium, the cost and location of this property seemed too good to be true. We felt so fortunate to find that everything was as good described and more. Beautiful neighborhood, private courtyard...we had a fantastic time. We would recommend this property to anyone lucky enough to book it and we will be back!

9 days at the Carriage House
My sister and I enjoyed this cozy, private and delightful little accommodation located in a very quiet neighborhood but with access to shops and wide variety of restaurants. Since the Carriage House is located in back of the main house, there is no street noise and no pedestrian traffic. It's a small place but very comfortable for the two of us, a well-stocked kitchen and newly-remodeled bathroom, comfortable bed & especially comfortable sofa pullout.
We spent pleasant hours on the patio, private and well-protected. There were squirrel visitors however. ��
Any issues that arose were attended immediately either by Scott or by one of the owners, who live "next door." Uber provided quick access to downtown, while it was easy to drive to a main artery to access larger Colorado.
We intend to stay there again!

Cute carriage house!

We came to Denver for my niece’s wedding and decided to make a vacation out of it. This place was perfect for our family of 4. We were not in the room a whole lot—basically to shower and sleep—but it was very cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s also in a great location that was close to a ton of stuff and walkable to quite a few restaurants and things too. Would definitely recommend! If I had one suggestion it would be to replace the light outside the door—it was burned out (we never let them know so this was not their fault!)

We loved our beautifully equipped and quiet Carriage House. We also enjoyed the safe West Highland neighborhood and many restaurants with in easy walking distance. One of the high lights of our week was walking around the Sunday Farmers Market and taking in the local vibe.

Great place to relax and walk around the city! Close enough to drive to Red Rocks for a show and easy access to the highway for an excursion. Loved the outdoor area for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening.

Perfect Spot

Centrally located in The Highlands neighborhood, we found it to be very convenient to coffee and eating spots, Red Rocks, and many locations for hiking. The hosts were super nice and very accommodating. The carriage house itself is very well-stocked, clean, comfortable, and private. I would recommend it for a couple coming to Denver for pleasure. It would be tight for any more than 2 though.

We had a very relaxing stay at the Carriage House. The location is close to everything and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Parking was very convenient. The place was super clean and the bed was comfy. Especially appreciated the private entrance and patio. Would definitely stay here again.

This carriage house has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. The full size kitchen has everything you would need if cooking was perfect for our needs. Also, the location is within walking distance to wonderful restaurants, wine and coffee shops. We would highly recommend this carriage house and we would definitely rent again.

Lovely Carriage House in Highlands
My elderly Aunt stayed here while visiting us in Denver. The bed was very comfortable. The room was charming. The AC worked well & the room was comfortable. The on-site owners are super friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is great & convenient.

Cozy Convenient Comfortable
We loved the location. Close to shops and restaurants. The owners in the front house were very sweet and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Some advice is to bring a reading light as there is only overhead lighting in the house.

Cozy Carriage House within walking distance of great food and shopping. It is like being in a garden as yards in the neighborhood are well kept and artistically designed. The rental has a small but well appointed Kitchen. Private entrance and patio with grill. Would definitely stay again!

Nice Shower, good size refrigerator, gas stove & heater, swing out bed, fold out bed/couch. Privacy was great and a patio with a grill. What more could you ask?

Rented for a week to help our daughter move to Denver from CA. Unexpected 14 inches of snow blocked the gates to get in, but once in the place, it was pleasant stay.

Overall the experience was a good one. There was an issue with the garbage cans in the courtyard that had been there for some time. We would have liked to use the courtyard but it smelled from the garbage. The screen door at the entrance was ripped & we removed three spiders from the room.

Wonderful stay in Denver
I had a wonderful stay at the Carriage House in Denver. The property is beautiful, cosy, and safe. Everything one could need for an extended or short stay is available. Loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the sun and getting fresh bread at the bakery on the corner. It’s in a great part of Denver and I loved being able to travel easy to downtown with the bus, or Bird scooter, or just going for a nice long walk. The owners are very nice and both them and the management were quick to contact and respond with questions I had. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope the property is available for the next time I travel through Denver.

Great Stay in Denver

Our stay at 3329 W. 31st, Denver, was wonderful. We loved the studio and found it to be in a great location very close to everything we wanted to do and see. The property is adorable and had all the amenities that we needed. It was a little dark when we arrived at 11p.m., making it a little difficult to find our studio, but we managed to find our way. We felt very safe and the area was very quiet. The only downfall was that we got a $50 parking ticket for being parked at the time the street sweeper came thru. We were unaware of the time when it happened. Guess we have to pay it. Overall, we were very happy to have found this VRBO and will definitely use this again.

My boyfriend and I loved staying here! The house is so cute and cozy and is the perfect size for two people. The location is also fantastic, literally 15 minutes from the heart of downtown. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Denver.
