Just take the elevator to the ground floor and you are steps away from the main ski lift. Our single level condo (Unit 326) is located on the 3rd floor of the Eolus building which is located in the heart of the main plaza - making your vacation as convenient as possible in summer or winter.

The condo was completely remodeled and furnished in 2022 and features high end furnishings and a new washer/dryer. The kitchen is equipped with brand new cooking utensils, pots/pans etc. and each bedroom features a TV along with the Main Living Space. The stone fireplace in the Main Living Space is electric.

Bed Configuration: single level
Master: King Bed with TV and Ensuite Bath (Sleep Number bed)
Bedroom 2: Two Twin Beds with TV

There is one assigned parking space on the 2nd floor of the building and additional vehicles can be parked in the main ski lots. The Eolus building features 2 hot tubs (year around) and swimming pool (summer only - kinda heated) on the ground floor).

Due to HOA rules, the condo (and all condos in the building) is not pet friendly. Please do not bring your pets/emotional support animals.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Very clean and comfortable furnishings

The unit is nicely furnished with great views. The kitchen was very well equipped with the essentials for cooking a meal. The king size bed was comfortable and the two twin beds were extra firm even with the extra foam pad. Overall, the place was lovely and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Condo

This condo is exceptional. Top of the line furnishing and appliances. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare dinners. Beautiful views, ski in/out, indoor locker, and reserved covered parking...everything you need!!

Modern-Cozy

Our rental was not ready by check out time so the VRC gave us two other choices. We chose this property because it looked so nice on the pictures, was even better in person! Very glad the property managers were able to accommodate us so quickly! Place and service was awesome!

Christmas Trip 2022

Our family of 3 stayed in the family-fun decorated Eolus 326 for a 6-night trip to Purgatory over the Christmas break. The room was perfect for us. Everything was clean, new, and high-tech. The master bedroom had a king sleep number bed, allowing the head and foot of the bed to raise and lower. The guest bedroom had two twin beds, which were quite firm. Both the master and the guest bedroom closets had shelving and drawers built in to organize belongings for our long stay. Washer, dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher were brand new. Kitchen featured a coffee maker/keurig combo appliance. Blinds in all areas had automatic wall controls for opening and tilting for appropriate view outside. New, large flat screen TVs were mounted in living room, and both bedrooms, along with nice bedside lamps. Living room TV accommodated for internet, streaming services login, and gaming console connection, allowing for some pretty entertaining evenings. Gas fireplace in living room provided ambiance and no-hassle lighting and heat. Very comfortable living room with single recliners and reclining ends of sofa. Entry and exit were seamless for both front and patio doors, as a keypad with code gave access from either entry point. Beautiful views from living room. Our stay was perfect for our nearly week-long visit to Purgatory. Best condo we have rented from VRC over the last 8 years we've been visiting Purg Resort!

Great place on the slopes!

Excellent communication with the Vacation Rental Collective team. A few issues with the unit, but we would definitely stay there again. Very clean, very convenient.

The unit was very clean and well equipped. Only thing we found to be missing was a cutting board, and maybe some plastic glassware to take down to enjoy apres ski.

The master bed was comfortable; however the twins in the second bedroom were very firm. A few issues with windows and doors not working, but otherwise, everything was great. We had a very enjoyable experience, overall comfortable for a group of four and the location can't be beat. VRC was ON IT in responding to each and every request. Outstanding customer service.
