Momma and daughters spring break trip

Three Moms and daughters flew into Denver from Iowa . We rode the train from the airport to the Union Station cost was about $10 per person. The place was an easy walk from Union Station - about 3 blocks. This place is in a perfect location for downtown shopping and great restaurants. We were able to catch an Uber for one day hiking at Red Rock- cost was $25 each way. The last night we walked to the Pepsi Center for a Post Malone concert. The stay was perfect for us and I would highly recommend this place. The only down fall was that there is only one key fob.

Excellent Location
This was our family’s first trip to Denver, Colorado. The location of the loft and all the comforts the loft had to offer were perfect for our family. Everything from the comfortable beds, large screen televisions with movie channels, and kitchen appliances made our stay perfect. If you are looking for a loft that is close to everything or close to transportation to everything, this place is it.

Amazing Place

Loved Loved the condo. Close to everything. Beautiful. We walked to a ton of restaurants and bars from the condo & the train is right there too - so getting to the condo from the airport was a breeze (less time & cheaper than taking Uber). One of the bedrooms experiences noise from the trains in the middle of the night, but he just put in his headphones.

Denver Beer Getaway

Great location, beautiful condo, 3 bedrooms sleep 6 perfectly, pullout couch for 2 more comfortable but with train hookups right outside of couch's window, it was difficult to sleep early morning (dawn). I would definitely rent this great condo again but only have 6 people total. Also, an extra key & fob woud be helpful.

Denver weekend

This is a great VRBO in a great location in Denver. Actually the nicest area we saw in our travels around Denver. The location it righ next to the train tracks and there was more train activity than we had imagined, but adjusted to it, and it was kind of cool once we did. The Union Station Mall a short trek away is great. A really special place and Scott, the manager was instantly available for every question. Top notch operation!

Great condo located in heart of downtown

We stay here for a quick weekend family getaway. There were 5 adults and 2 kids. This condo was absolutely perfect. It is a very chic, contemporary condo with all the amenities you need. Our kids are 5 and 1 and it was perfect for them. We loved that we didn’t have to rent a car either. Took the Light Rail from the airport and get dropped off about 2-3 blocks from the condo. The condo is surrounded by restaurants and right near the 16th Street mall. The owner was very responsive and helpful. There were 2 king beds and 1 queen bed and they were so comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo and we plan to stay again next time we visit Denver.

Convenient location and beautiful condo

Reserving, paying, checking-in, accessing, checking-out were very efficient and so easy.
The condo is beautiful, a great location, very convenient to Coors Field, Union Station, & 16th Street. A bonus is the deck overlooking the railway. We love trains of all kinds. Millennium Bridge is beautiful.
Wish there was a close coffee shop...

Denver for MSU Graduation

We had several family members come in for our son's graduation from Metropolitan State University. Scott's place was great. Awesome location. Condo was well equipped and modern. We liked the location close to Union Station for everyone's arrivals and departures. The trains off the patio were fun to watch and the noise was not bad at all... Overall great experience and we look forward to renting there again.... One suggestion with such a large place is to have more than one keybob... logistics for people coming and going was tough with only one key.

Beautiful Condo in an Unbeatable Location

This condo's location is unbeatable! It is located minutes away from the heart of downtown Denver adjacent to Union Station and walking distance to everything Denver has to offer -- the Pepsi Center, Coors Field, and one-of-a-kind restaurants and bars.
You can walk out the front door and be on the Cherry Creek trail in only a few steps! You also don't need a car! Simply jump on the light rail at DIA and you can walk everywhere else you need to go!
Not only is the location ideal, but the condo is also extremely well appointed with all of the touches and high-end finishes you would expect in a luxury condo in Downtown Denver. It is incredibly clean and well decorated. Premier Vacation Rentals Group even provides luxury bath products (liquid body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion), which is a huge plus! The products are like nothing I’ve ever seen before and you don't have to worry about bringing your bathroom products in your carry on!
The management staff was awesome! Easy to work with and helpful when needed. The best part is you can book the condo directly on Premier Vacation Rentals’ website. The process is seamless!
All in all we had wonderful stay and would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Denver who wants to stay in the heart of the city!

Weekend in Denver
Great location to downtown dining and nightlife and nearby Union station/ Pepsi center. Rental was as advertised and in wonderful condition. Skiing was only an hour away and perfect conditions for our party of three.

Scott at Premier Vacation Rentals is a top notch operator. We could not have been more happy with his company and their excellent service. The condo was perfect, and ideally located near parks and the river, while also being within walking distance of literally dozens of great restaurants and shops. We walked to the Pepsi center to see some great Nuggets games while we were there. Aweome place. Can't wait to come back.

Great location with well-kept condo
This condo really made our trip to Denver awesome. It was in the perfect location; a block or two away from the train station, which made the transfer to and from the airport simple. We were also able to walk to all restaurants, shops, and parks. The condo itself was very clean and up to date with nice decor. All amenities were provided and worked without any issues. The owner was very responsive to any questions and able to accommodate an earlier check-in for us since we had an early flight, which was really nice. The condo is located along the train tracks, but there were no noise issues from that. Overall, we would very highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Denver!

Amazing!
The location is perfect - close to Whole Foods, great restaurants, fun activities, the new Union Station, and so much more we didn’t have time to find. The beds were comfy with ample pillows, and the bathrooms were great. The property manager was easy to contact and very accommodating. Check in and check out was incredibly simple. I want to move back!!

Weekend Family Reunion
Very nice rental meeting all our needs. We had a family of 8 visiting my mom at Balfour retirement community being ideally located next door. We took the train from the airport to Union Station being just 2 blocks away. Coffee shop and many restaurant conveniently located within a few minutes walk for easy access. Overall we had a wonderful experience and appreciate having a place to stay just minutes away. We will book this condo again on our next visit and take in more sites and activities with it's great location. Many thanks to Scott (owner) for use of his rental.

Great Condo and Location

We had a wonderful time at the condo in Denver. There was a mixup with the cleaning crew when we first checked in. Scott handled this very quickly and responsively. He was willing to do whatever it took to make our stay the best possible. We would stay here again and again!

Great LODO Location
The furnishings in the apartment were great and just as pictured. The location is adjacent to the rail line so it did get a little noisy at times but not really too bad. The white noise boxes in the bedrooms were very effective at night. We were close to everything so the location was great. The only downside and the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 for Overall Satisfaction is that there was only one key for the property. One key is not enough for 8 people. It should definitely be possible to provide no less than three keys for 8 people.

Urban Getaway in Denver

Our family of four stayed in this unit for three nights in June 2017, and had a wonderful experience.
First of all, Scott from Premier Vacation Rentals was incredibly responsive and helpful during the booking process, answering all of our questions and even accommodating a last minute change in arrival.
Upon arriving at the condo, Scott's instructions were perfect and we were able to get into the condo and get the car parked in the underground parking spot (a nice thing to have). The unit is wonderful, with an industrial loft-like feel though with separate bedrooms, which is great when traveling with kids. The unit was spotless and in great shape. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great (making us wish we were staying longer and could use it, and all of us felt comfortable and right at home in no time.
The location is amazing - you literally can be on the Millennium Bridge in 100 steps and the access to LoHi, LoDo and all of Denver is amazing.
The only issue was a missing iron, which Scott replaced it in no time.
We loved our stay and can't wait for the chance to get back to Denver and stay here again.

Perfect space for our needs
This loft was absolutely perfect for our needs for our weekend in Denver. Close to everything downtown, instructions to get in and out of the building and space were very clear, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely visit again if travels brought us back to Denver.

The center of everything
Beautiful, clean, new unit, with high end finishes and stylish art. So close to everything, including public transport, making a car redundant. Thoughtfully stocked kitchen made eating in possible, but nearby coffee house, restaurants, and wine shop provided options. I had initial concerns about proximity to trains, but they weren't as noisy as I feared they might be, and were built-in entertainment for the kids. Only missing detail was a black-out curtain for the third bedroom, but owner says he'll take care of this. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience the heart of Denver.
