Escape to Smeagle's Terrapin on Lower Gresham Lake. This spacious log home is perfect for large groups and offers a blend of Northwoods charm with modern amenities. Highlights of the lakefront home is a threatre room, air conditioning, foosball, firepit, fireplace, dock, large yard and several TV's. Situated between Arbor Vitae and Boulder Junction, this private lake home boasts a dock with a boat launch nearby.

Enjoy movie nights in the theater room, complete with comfortable seating and a large screen. With 4 acres of open and wooded landscape, you’ll have plenty of room to explore. The lake invites you to kayak, boat or simply relax by the water or around the firepit. Be sure to bring your water toys and watercraft!

The main level of this home has a fully stocked kitchen, making meal preparation a breeze. There is a kuerig and regular drip coffee maker. Off the kitchen is a large dining room with views to the lake, a TV and a sliding door to the deck with a grill. The main level has a spacious living room with comfortable furnishings, huge windows, fireplace and large smart TV. There is also a reading / playroom, an out of tune piano, a King Bedroom Suite with electric fireplace, the Bunk Room, and another full bath. A washer/dryer and passage to the garage complete this floor.

On the lower level, you will find a bar/family room with two TV's, foosball and a seating area with electric fireplace. Adjacent to this hangout area is a theatre room with stacked lounge chairs and a starry sky ceiling. This level also has two bedrooms and one full bath, plus a twin sleeping nook in the theatre. The two bedrooms have small electric fireplaces to keep you snuggly warm in the winter.

The loft area upstairs overlooks the living room and big windows out to the lake. You will find a large desk (just in case you have to work while on vacation), as well as a TV and twin bed.

We are located15 min to Manitowish Waters,15 min to Boulder Junction, 20 min to Minocqua, 25 min to Mercer, and 40 min to Eagle River. A great central location for fishing, snowmobiling, ATV riding, biking on the trails, and ski areas!

There is one exterior security camera facing the driveway. There is a hot tub on site, but it is NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE at this time.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at time of booking and is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes are not permitted within 30 days of arrival. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. We offer travel insurance.
