**Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking ***

Our studio condo with mini kitchen and one full bath is located adjacent to all of the resort amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. It has a 1 king bed, sleeper sofa, full bath, kitchenette with a mini fridge, two stovetop burners, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. Great Views!! Wifi speeds are appx 50 mbps. Our guests can play the Valley Course at Glacier Club at a discounted rate of $135 per round for 18 holes with a cart.

Bed Configuration:
Studio - King Bed (Main Floor)
Studio - Sleeper Sofa (Main Floor)

ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets.

4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer
travel insurance.

Lovely Stay

This was our second stay in this property, and it was just as nice as before. The place is clean, well furnished and comfortable. Best bed in any rental! We had a minor issue with a drain, but VRC was on it immediately. We love this place and are already planning our next visit.

Blissful experience

If you need a quiet, comfortable get away, I highly recommend the location. All amenities from pool, spa, laundry, and items in condo was perfect. The view overlooking the golf course and the mountain was more than one could wish for. Take advantage of the patio’s for a good book and coffee is so nice. There is plenty of outside walking/running.

AWESOME PLACE TO STAY!!!!

This place was a great alternative to staying in a hotel. This place blows away staying in a hotel room and only 15-20 minutes from down town Durango and worth the drive!!!!

Great place to land

We had three people in our party. This accommodation was a perfect for our needs. Just a place to sleep. Very roomy for us. Could’ve accommodated 4 of us easily. Nice little kitchenette. Great view over the golf course and bluff while eating breakfast.

Complete Relaxation

We had the best stay at Tamarron Lodge #227! The unit was immaculate and well-stocked. We slept comfortably on the firm mattress with the cool night air from the open windows. Never heard another guest even though the parking lot was full. The air was cool, clean and piney. The golf course view was tranquil, and the cart paths were perfect for a convenient morning walk. The location 20 miles north of Durango was perfect for a couple looking to get away. Dining options are a little limited, but there are enough restaurants around for a short stay, and Durango is an easy drive. Next time we will plan to make breakfast and light lunches in the studio's cute little kitchenette. Everything in the unit and the surrounding property are very well maintained. We will definitely be back.
