Ten minutes from skiing at Purgatory Resort with a complimentary shuttle and 20 minutes from downtown Durango’s shopping, restaurants and microbreweries. Two on-site restaurants including Basecamp for plant-based & farm-fresh comfort food and Mineshaft for a casual bar & restaurant with pizza, sandwiches, pasta & more.

Start your vacation climbing a stunning outdoor spiral staircase with a private mountain-view balcony. Mudroom alcove with organization for all coats, boots/shoes, golf clubs and play equipment. Completely remodeled and fully furnished, it comfortably sleeps four.

Private bedroom with a king-size bed and TV with Roku and on-suite bathroom with glass enclosed shower and new water heater for a steamy retreat. Living room has a West Elm sofa and trundle bed sleeps two (twin size, one up, down) with an electric fireplace and plenty of soft, warm blankets to keep you snuggly in front of the wide screen TV with Roku access. Washer and dryer in room and full-size closet.

Full kitchen with updated Haier appliances (condo size fridge, 4 burner electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher), dinner service for 8 and all necessary cookware, bakeware and utensils. Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender to support early morning breakfast before hitting the slopes or the golf course. Full size dining table for four and a desk to work a little (with high-speed internet access!) while away from the office.

ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron do NOT allow pets.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer
travel insurance.
