Our beautiful, open concept floorplan with tons of natural light, mountain-views and conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village complex.

The owner has recently renovated the home and it includes many updates like new flooring, furniture, beds and more! The cozy space has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the enclosed patio.

Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains. In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure. The nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!

The home offers a two-car garage, driveway and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

Great Condo

This condo was beautiful and clean. The beds and couches were comfortable and it was stocked well with everything we needed for our stay. I loved the neighborhood as it was quiet and yet close to town. The only thing I would suggest is to add a full length mirror to the master, and a dresser to the 3rd bedroom, my daughter had to live out of her suitcase on the floor.

Wonderful Retreat from the Heat

My family of five stayed here while visiting Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point. We had plenty of space and had everything we needed to cook meals and do laundry. The kitchen was fabulous (but my only suggestion is replace the skillet with a larger one with a lid). This unit is very close to the pool and beach towels were available to use. It is a short drive into the town of Moab (5-10 minutes) and was nice to get away from all the traffic. It also has a beautiful view! I didn't want to leave!

We do a kitchen inventory in every off season and will look at replacing that skillet/lid if we can't find the matching lid 🙂 Thanks for the heads up. Moab Trip 2021

This was the first time we stayed in one of the single-floor units in this complex. The unit was exceptionally clean and we enjoyed the stay. The only issue was minor, we had a missing TV remote and that was handled ASAP by the owners.

The house is in great condition with superb views on the canyon. The swimming pool is just a short walk (<1min) away. The location is just outside Moab Main Street which we really liked as it was super quiet while still close to shops and trails.

Clean and Convenient

My husband and I, along with my parents, stayed at this townhome with our two pups in April. I actually live in Moab, but we needed a place to stay for a few days while our house was undergoing some remodeling. So, this was a little 'staycation' in my hometown. The townhome is very open and inviting. Parking is easy, and the garage was very open to allow parking inside as well. We were easily able to park 3 vehicles in the garage and driveway. The townhome community is very quiet, much quieter then where I live in town. I was very pleasantly surprised! The kitchen has everything you need to cook nice meals, and there is a nice propane BBQ. I work remotely, and the WIFI worked great with no issues. I will definitely recommend this townhome to any of my friends and family visiting the area!
