Nestled in the vibrant heart of Capitol Hill, this is an unbeatable location just five blocks from the scenic Cheesman Park. Immerse yourself in the lively energy of the neighborhood, with countless coffee shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance.

Explore the eclectic charm of Capitol Hill with ease. Our location provides quick access to downtown Denver via a scooter or bike ride. Discover iconic landmarks such as Coors Field, Ball Arena, and Mile High Stadium.

Relaxation and Ambiance:
Unwind by the flickering glow of our ambient fireplace, specifically for use with candles to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Please note that it is not suitable for burning wood.

Child-Friendly Amenities:
We offer our little guests a pack-and-play crib with fitted sheets, a convenient baby gate to ensure safety, and a high chair upon request. We strive to make your family's stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

Pet-Friendly Environment:
We understand that pets are part of the family, and thus, we welcome well-behaved dogs to join your vacation. Upon request, we provide a dog crate and bowls for your furry friend's comfort. To maintain cleanliness and ensure the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that dogs be supervised or confined in the crate when left alone. Additionally, we request that dogs refrain from climbing onto furniture.

Denver stay

The rental was spacious, clean and close to downtown, restaurants, and Cheeseman park. It was recently renovated and we were told that we were the third reservation to stay there.
