My name is Dave Snow and my Creede property recently came under VRC management after the sale of Broken Arrow.

I have been quite happy with VRC, but in particular I have been super impressed with Amanda Miles. She knocks it out of the park with every contact. She responds quickly to any inquiry , reacts proactively to any issues, and quite frankly is a delight to work with. Being in such good hands is important since I live in Pennsylvania.

I can't believe other owners wouldn't share my perspective....if they didn't they need their head examined!

I purchased my first investment home in late 202 in Bend, OR when an opportunity presented itself I had been waiting for. I live full time in Ohio so I needed a property manager and a designer/construction manager to complete the end to end process. 

After extensive research, I made the decision to partner with VRC to manage the property. Jessica hit the ground running and introduced me to Lisa at Home Front Interiors. After meeting them at the property I knew I had my team … Between Jess and Lisa, the property was generating revenue before I thought it was possible. We were up and running for peak season! As an experienced long term rental landlord, this was my first time participating in the short rental market. VRC was recommended to me and has been nothing but a wonderful experience. If you are considering working with Vacation Rental Collective (VRC), I would highly suggest you do so. I have been working with the VRC team for 2+ years and have had excellent service from the company.
