Great location! This three bedroom, two bathroom condo (Angelhaus #308) is at Purgatory Resort and about a one-block walk to the ski lift and the main Plaza where you will find shops, restaurants ski rentals and more. 

The condo is on the upper level of the complex with windows and balcony facing to the East, creating a panoramic view of the high mountains surrounding the ski area. The living area consists of a living room with wood burning fireplace and balcony, a large dining nook that easily seats six people with more seating at the open kitchen counter, and a galley-style kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops. Grill on the deck.

Master Bedroom- King with TV and Ensuite Bath (Main Floor)
2nd Bedroom- Queen (Main Floor)
3rd Bedroom- Two Twin Beds with TV (Main Floor)

Winter visitors will be in walking distance to the main ski runs at Purgatory while still finding themselves in a quiet condo ‘neighborhood’ with easy access and 24 hour check-in availability. In summer, there is an abundance of hiking, biking and 4x4 trails in and near the resort, as well as in the San Juan Mountains which surround the resort area.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Free parking is available immediately outside the entrance to the building with a parking permit provided to guests at time of check-in.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
