Absolutely Amazing

My family of 5 had such a great stay in this home. It has the perfect layout and number of bathrooms that comfortably suited us all. The area is gorgeous and it's just secluded enough to be away from everyone yet close to so much. The house was well stocked, kitchen, bathrooms, linens and towels. We saw deer every morning behind the house. We will definitely be back!

Family Ski Trip

Great house for our adult family ski vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 7 adults. Great kitchen and family room for everyone. Great location for going to the mountain to ski and going into town

Christmas Cabin

First time renting with Premier. We usually vacation with VRBO or Airbnb. From now on, I will check Premier first. The cabin was bigger and more spacious then the written description. It was a little hard to find from google maps. The house was clean, the beds were great. We were able to park a car in the garage which helped as we went skiing at purgatory resort most day and we had a warm charm to get into. The fire place was amazing. Plenty of dried wood. The oversized windows were perfect to watch the snow fall. Part of the family went snow shoeing up at Lime Creek a few times too both Purgatory and Lime Creek were only 15-20 mins up the mountain. We celebrated Christmas up there. It was perfect. Two things, which is why would use Premier again, the master bedroom had significant dust for some reason, and we only had one dish towel in the kitchen which was dirty, and the dish washer wouldn’t turn on, my wife called Premier, and that very same day, they sent someone up to the cabin with new dish towels, they sent a Maintenence man up to look at the dishwasher. The service was immediate, the company really want to be the premier vacation rental business and wants your business back again and again. I will definitely use the again when we look for vacation rentals

Second Time Around

This is our second time to stay at this great Heromosa home. We were there a week with friends, and celebrated a wonderful Thanksgiving! The kitchen is set up so perfect, the spacious comfy living room was perfect spot to gather. We had beautiful weather, and were able to enjoy the outdoors, and access to easy hikes nearby. We're looking forward to returning again!

Great get-a-way in nice home

Had a great stay. Home was as expected and we loved seeing the deer every day, even a couple of mornings. We even saw some wild turkeys on the grounds one day. The home was clean. Only problem was we were given wrong entry code and could not gent in, we called and got correct code and was able to enter. Also, only two bars of soap. Other than that no problems,

Beautiful Views, Great Layout
Our family loved this rental stay. Our adult daughters had their space and my husband and I had ours. We all came together in a wonderful living/dining/kitchen area. Really enjoyed our views of the mountains and the two bucks that came to eat right outside the kitchen window. Fall colors were spectacular!

Durango Hillside Home

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this wonderful property. Spacious, well appointed and felt so remote, though only a few miles from Durango. Love the layout of the property. It was just the two of this time, though another couple can easily stay in other wing of the home and everyone have great privacy. The downstairs bunkroom is perfect for kiddo's. We can't wait to return!

Great views! Beautiful home!

We are a family of 7 (ages 16-53) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home was clean and spacious and the views were beautiful! We even saw deer in the back yard in the mornings. The kitchen has all you need for cooking. The only thing we needed but couldn't find was a pizza cutter. We just used an old fashioned knife. Lol. We used the grill a couple of times and it worked perfectly. The view from the outdoor kitchen area is beautiful and the weather was perfect for us to sit out there morning and evening and enjoy. My daughter sat outside on the upper balcony each morning and enjoyed her morning coffee. It's in a great location for the surrounding area. It's about 9 miles outside of Durango, 14 miles from Purgatory, and Silverton and Ouray are just past that. We visited them all and all are beautiful! We did part of the Animas River Trail hike, rafted in Durango and took a jeep tour in Ouray, which was absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, the train from Durango to Silverton and Purgagory Ski Resort were both still closed due to Covid but we did drive to both and explore. There are lots of great places to eat nearby as well, although we usually cooked in for breakfast and dinner. James Ranch is just a mile or so down the road. We had dinner there one evening and it was great farm to table fare! They also have goats you can pet and a beautiful property. We even drove about 3 miles further up CR 201 one evening. The views from up there are beautiful as well. It's not paved after a bit and has some big dropoffs but has several good places to turn around. Worth the visit! Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend staying here. We would stay here again!

Beautiful Home!

Beautiful home, well equipped with everything needed for an amazing stay for my husband and I, and another couple coming out for a Durango wedding. Perfect location just a short 8 mile drive north of Durango in a quiet area. Nice hiking trail just up the road too. A perfect rental for us in every way.

Beautiful Durango Home

We attended a wedding in Durango. Keith the property manager was very responsive! Had a smoke detector battery beeping snd he sent out a help at 11:00 at night to disconnect. It was beautiful clean and comfortable.

Serene and Spacious

The home is lovely. There is more than enough space. The location is nice and quiet and perfect for star gazing on a clear night. They really need to update the coffee pot. It's pretty much useless and definitely a big deal to coffee drinkers. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms have great water pressure, kitchen has all the necessary cooking equipment.

Great getaway
This house was awesome. Very clean, and comfortable. We traveled with our adult children, and there was plenty of room for all 5 of us. The house was also in a convenient location for all of our activities. The only complaints we would have are that the air conditioning didn't seem to cool the house as it should, and the coffee pot needs to be replaced. However, those were very minor issues.
Thanks for your feedback. We have scheduled a service to technician to service the 3 air conditioners. We tested the coffee pot and found it to be working just fine.
Spring break ski vacation 2017

House is in a perfect location. Close to town and close to the mountain. House was very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing I would change is that the dryer is very very loud other than that it was perfect.

This was a great house for a large family. Very modern and spacious layout, located just far enough from Durango to feel like the woods. We especially loved the sound of the train every morning as it passed by us on the way North to Silverton, just like it did in the mid 1800's. Our favorite vacation home ever.

This house was perfect in every way! It is located in the PERFECT location, about 10 miles north of Durango. The views were spectacular! The house was very spacious, well-equipped, and SUPER clean! It was so nice that we extended our stay an extra day! Can't recommend this house enough!

The house was as described, clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. A place to relax and enjoy Durango. Our week there happened to be during an unusual heat wave and one of the air conditioners went out, but the problem was resolved by the next morning. I would recommend this home to anyone who would like to see Durango and the surrounding sights. It is close to everything but not in the city.

Winter Wonderland
The house is beautiful and cozy. There are a ton of windows and the snowy viewers were inspiring. The house is spotless and very nicely decorated. I counted...there are 6 chairs/sofa recliners so hangout was just great! I loved cooking because there was a huge window at the sink and the deer always stopped by to say. "hi!"

New Durango home near railway line

Overall, a good experience. Our only complaints were of a poorly stocked kitchen. Very limited pots,pans and dishes. All kitchen cabinets were empty. No mixing bowls.
Unfortunately, we felt the beds were very uncomfortable and not up to the experience we have had at all other VRBO properties for this price. Very "sterile" feel to the place and not as warm as we had expected. Very clean and appears to be all new construction in the last few years.
We may be picky, but, very few of the light switches were in intuitive locations. We were always searching for the right ones. Frustrating.
However, it is a great location. The kitchen needs to be better stocked with cookware to accommodate a family. It just barely worked for the 2 of us.
Thanks for your feedback and we are glad you liked the home overall and rated it 23 out 25. The mattresses are brand new medium firm high quality mattresses and we intentially purchase these types of mattresses to appeal to a wider range of guests as we understand that guests have different mattress preferences. There are 3 glass pyrex mixing bowls and a stainless mixing bowl in the kitchen. Several of the kitchen cabinets are empty due to the large amount of storage in the kitchen and food items that would normally be stored in the cabinets at your personal home are not maintained in a vacation rental.
