Lower Level - Fully equipped laundry room w/ brand new washer and dryer, TV den, plus a small office that looks out to the back yard. Includes garage and driveway parking.

This split-level home has stairs to get to the main living area from the front door.
Enjoy the decorative fireplace. It is not operational.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

This home is pet-friendly, dogs only! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs; the pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
