This stunning 3-bedroom home has a huge yard for your pups to run free with a gas fire pit you can cozy up to on a summer evening. Amazing location in walking distance to downtown Lafayette where you will find tons of new restaurants, shops, bars and summer attractions, art nights and summer events. Lower Level - Fully equipped laundry room w/ brand new washer and dryer, TV den, plus small office that looks out to the back yard.

Garage and driveway parking available.

Across from Wanaka Lake Park (walking, park, shelters for rent, summer activities -boat rental and SUP yoga on the lake).

Close to walking/ biking trails- Coal creek trail, baseline trail,

Close to Rec center (with indoor water park) & Lafayette pool - Lafayette Great outdoors waterpark.

Boulder Community Hospital. It's a 10-minute drive to Boulder, 25 minutes to Denver and DIA.

Close drive to Stem Ciders

Several Yoga studios close by

Lafayette luxury

We truly enjoyed our stay at 1025 Sparta on a recent visit to see our kids. The unit is very comfortable with many updates.
It provided us the opportunity to make a few meals and was also well located for access to great area restaurants.
Waneka Park across the street was a nice place to stretch out legs in the morning after coffee.

Beautiful home, outstanding location, amazing experience!

The home is amazing and the location is outstanding! I would highly recommend this rental to anyone! I wish we could have stayed longer! I did reach out to management about a couple fixable situations, and if we were staying longer, I feel confident they would have been rectified in timely manner. Definitely will return! Thank you for helping enhance Colorado's beauty with a lovely home experience!
