Rim Village was a beautiful vacation home for us while we enjoyed experiencing Moab! Great location, beautiful scenery and plenty of amenities for our family of 6.

Lovely rental with a great view
This is an attractive condo with a wonderful view. The kitchen, dining are and living area were comfortable and attractive. The only downside was that the bedrooms were a little small, and did not have any extra chairs, tables etc which made it a little difficult to settle in. But overall, a lovely place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

Moab TDay

Mountain biking and hiking every day! Beautiful blue sky days. Easy town access but out of the bustle. We played every day in the surrounding area and made yummy meals in the evening while we relaxed.

Great Extended Weekend Getaway

It was very easy to deal with the owners - I had two date changes and they were very responsive. The place is even nicer than the pictures, especially the master bedroom! Good location and will definitely look at this property again on future visits!

Great family house

We stayed there for 5 nights and with two kids and really liked the house. It’s spacious, well equipped and very clean. We visited three parks while staying there. There is also a pool in a village which is a great addition.

A4-3 was perfect for us. Clean and very spacious. Short walk to the pool (which we used alot). Beautiful views of the mountains around Moab. Easy access but not right in town.

Beautiful Quiet Neighborhood

Big enough for two families. Well stocked with towels, dish and laundry soap. You will need to bring more TP if staying a week. Not too far away from town and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood.

Our family (myself, my husband, our 2 kids, our dog and my parents) felt incredibly comfortable and cozy for the few days we were staying in this rental. It was conveniently located, quiet, and we had all the amenities (and then some) that we needed. Highly recommend.

Condo in Moab
We stayed in this condo over a part of spring break forna trip to Arches and Canyonlands with a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and 2 grandparents. There was ample room for the kids in one bedroom (with a provided roll out bed), and then the 2 adult couples each had their own room. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo was very clean. Our kids enjoyed playing ping pong in the garage while the adults made dinner. The proximity to the parks was nice as well—about 30 minutes to Arches and 45-60 minutes to Canyonlands depending on traffic. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I absolutely loved our stay in Rim Village A4. It was fresh and clean when my family of 5 (3 teens) arrived and very comfortable for our whole stay. It's several miles outside of town, but it didn't bother us at all. We enjoyed being away from the crowds and having more space to spread out. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Quiet Place Near the Action
Rim Village was the perfect place to reset and recharge after camping in the National Parks! It was impeccably maintained and gorgeously decorated. We especially appreciated the many maps and guidebooks in the unit. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well-stocked with every utensil and gadget we needed.

Fantastic Rental Property

This is a great unit to rent. Very clean, very well-stocked. They even had dryer sheets. We loved the unit and had a great time in Moab. We also rented the unit next door which was also clean and well stocked. The garages were clean and spacious and very helpful for all out mountain biking trips. We would love to rent one or both of these units again in the future. My only complaint is with the way the two units are listed on VRBO. One of the listings on VRBO said the 3 bedroom unit had 2.5 bathrooms, and VRBO also did not clearly differentiate between the two units, so I ended up double booking the larger unit. I would like to see those listings be more accurate and clear. Otherwise, we loved the units and had a great stay.

Just as described
The condo is a few miles south of downtown. That means driving into town for restaurants and groceries but it also means getting out of the chaos of tourists. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was only my wife and I, but 6 people could stay very comfortably.
The complex was really welll designed knowing that lots of people would be there with off road vehicles on trailers. Lots of well thought out parking.

Our vacation in Moab was everything we hoped for. Off-road touring, hiking by day, hiking by night. The condo was perfect for a family of four - two adults and two 21 year-olds. The Moab diner is your best meal.
