Our 1,800 sq. ft. Cascade Village condo (Unit 59) features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Cascade Village is 2 miles north of Purgatory Ski Resort and 26 miles north of downtown Durango. Silverton is just 22 miles north.

The condo is a great family mountain escape with a fully stocked kitchen, wood burning fireplace (wood provided), two private decks and amazing views. The condominium is fully furnished and offers all the comforts of home. The open living plan and comfortable furnishings and linens all contribute to the warm atmosphere. There is a small gas grill on the main deck.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Cascade Village, are NOT pet friendly.

Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes). On-site amenities at Cascade Village include an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs and game room with pool table, foosball and several arcade games. There is also a gym, outdoor tennis court (summer and fall only), and ski rental shop.

All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps. In late 2020 Cascade Village moved from cable TV service to all streaming services. While in-house, guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. Reliable fiber optic service means guests can stream on multiple devices during their stay.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great Condo and location.

We arrived for our girls trip at a clean well equipped condo. Fireplace with wood was available for us to use. Lots of towels, pool towels. Coffee and filters...we brought our own, but they had some. Washer and dryer. Plenty of baking dishes, pots, pan, dishes. Bring your groceries and have a great time. Hot tubs were great. Pool was a little cool for us, but some people used it. Great views and close to ski slopes.
I'm thrilled to hear that your girls' trip got off to such a fantastic start with a clean and well-equipped condo! It sounds like you had everything you needed for a cozy and comfortable stay, from the inviting fireplace to the abundance of towels and kitchen essentials. Very nice

I went for four days with my daughter and her two children. The property is kid-friendly. There was even a huge bookcase filled with games, DVDs, and books upstairs. The kitchen was easy to use and it was nice to have 1 bedroom downstairs with the other two upstairs.

A Perfect Mountain Getaway!

Wow! What a find. The location is gorgeous. The condo is well kept and exceptionally clean. The tile, carpet and sofas look like new. The size is spacious and we loved having a full bathroom for each room.

Great Spot for Family Ski Trip

We enjoyed a winter ski trip to Durango with our 2 grown kids and spouses and two small grandkids. We couldn't have found a better place to stay! Unit was clean and well maintained. Close to shuttle stop,outdoor hot tubs,indoor swimming pool and Performance Rentals. Property manager responded quickly to all of our questions prior to arrival. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms with 3 Baths and the extra loft sleeping area. We would use Unit 59 again!

Fall Leaves and Snow on the Jeep Trails

We made the trip to Durango and area to see the changing leaves and to go jeeping before winter. We went to Yankee Boy Basin and over Ophir pass to Telluride to eat at Brown Dog Pizza. There was 2 to 3 inches of snow on Ophir, so we got a touch of winter, too. Our stay in Cascade Village #59 was very nice. We have stayed at CV many times, going back to 1983. The condo was in great shape, as we have come to expect. Hope to return next summer with kids and grandkids.

Great time staying in Cascade Village!

Pros:
- Plenty of room, was a great size and good layout
- The Kitchen had everything that we needed
- The property manager, Keith, was great to work with
- With three TVs there was plenty of entertainment for everyone
- Three bathrooms were great as we were getting ready for the day

Cons (none of these would keep me from staying there again):
- The floor upstairs is VERY creaky. It gets very loud when walking around.
- We did not like that several of the bathrooms were fully carpeted - even around the toilet.
- The king-sized beds were VERY firm (we realize that is a personal choice, but they were too firm for us. We even bought inexpensive 'egg crate' toppers to soften them up a bit)

Other:
- The game room at Cascade Village should not really factor in to your decision. It almost seems that it was more frustrating than it was worth. Very dusty, games would not register when money was put in, no dollar bill changer
- The pool at the club house was nice
Thanks for your feedback. The carpet was replaced and tile was installed in the bathrooms in May 2015. We were also able to eliminate the creaks in the floors upstairs. We agree - carpet in the bathrooms is not ideal. The game room has now been closed - there still is a pool table available for use in the main entry.
