Our 1,400 square foot Cascade Village condo (Unit 22) featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is the perfect Colorado mountain escape. Located just minutes north of Purgatory Resort, our condo is fully furnished, equipped with a full kitchen, wood fireplace, private deck and unobstructed views of the surrounding mountain ranges. It offers all the comforts of home in a pristine mountain setting!

Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King Bed with TV and Ensuite Bath(upstairs - lofted room with no door)
2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen, 1 Bunk Bed (twin over twin) (main floor)
Living space: Sleeper sofa (queen)

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Cascade Village, are NOT pet friendly.

Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes). Free on-site amenities at Cascade Village including an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court and a ski rental shop (with discounts).

All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps and guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. With fast and reliable fiber optic WIFI, guests can stream on multiple devices. Cable TV is not available in any units at Cascade Village.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Just Gorgeous!

We had a wonderful stay at this Cascade village condo. The view of the snow covered mountains was truly breathtaking. The primary bathroom has a spa like feel and I enjoyed gazing out the windows at the magnificent scenery while taking hot baths. The condo was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed to cook and relax. We visited Purgatory ski resort which was just down the street. Downtown Durango was just 25 mins away and we loved shopping and eating our way through it. Durango Hot Springs is a must! I can’t wait to come back and do it all again. If you want a beautiful escape, this is it!

Lovely mountain getaway

Property was clean and as described. We enjoyed the views from the balconies, the community pool and hot tubs, and the well stocked kitchen. Property is at about 9000 feet - up the mountain and cooler than Durango.

Great Christmas trip!

Absolutely Perfect Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, impeccably clean condo with beautiful views from every angle! The condo is situated in a perfect location – very quiet and secluded, but a quick drive to anywhere we wanted to explore, including Durango and Pagosa Springs. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make meals, the bedrooms were comfy and spacious, and there was plenty of wood stocked for the fireplace. We also appreciated the in-condo laundry facilities and the Master Bath’s bathtub! We truly hated to leave, and are already planning to come back!

Amazing vacation getaway!

Amazing vacation getaway tucked away in the mountains. Very charming "cabin" in the woods, nestled next to the mountains. All the amenities were provided for a great stay, from cooking utensils and basic household items to firewood for fireplace. Beautiful views of majestic landscape, we were lucky enough to see the first snowfall, very picturesque! If peace and quiet is what you're looking for, this is the place! Just a short drive from downtown Durango or the ski slopes, where you'll find plenty to do if you're looking for a little more adventure. Highly recommended this rental!
