Our 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom condo (HighPoint Unit #590) features everything you would expect from a luxury rental. This peaceful escape is set amidst arguably the most beautiful scenic valley in Colorado’s San Juan Mountains at one of the premier properties in the area, the 700-acre Tamarron and Glacier Club. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions.
The location of this residence, which is an end unit, is exceptional due to its unobstructed views and proximity to the variety of recreational amenities of the area Has to offer (skiing, fishing, four-wheeling, hiking trails, mountain biking, etc.). It's conveniently located close enough to downtown Durango for a short trip to experience the plethora of wonderful dining and shopping opportunities.
This residence features flat-screen TVs in the main living space and both King bedrooms as well as a gas fireplace and luxury furnishings. Great WIFI speeds of 100+ mbps.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets.
ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.
LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.
4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer
travel insurance.

Super well equipped cabin. Enough space and beautiful decorated. The rest of the facility: gym, pools and golf course amazing. Everyone very friendly.
The headboard is very loose and hit the wall even with just sitting on the bed. The door to the bathroom needs adjustment.

Long weekend get away

My husband and myself and 4 adult kids enjoyed our stay. We were impressed by the condo we stayed in. Everything was so nice, from the inside furniture to the kitchen utensils and patio furniture. The location was amazing. We had the most amazing view of the mountains and complete privacy. We loved our stay.

Everything was wonderful with our rental. A very nice place, would stay there again in a heartbeat. The only thing that would be better would be up in the loft if they could put a curtain like they had an existing ones that would give more privacy. But overall the place was wonderful. This is a wonderful place to stay. Lots of room and privacy as well. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee and at night too. We also enjoyed the use of the hot tub, pool and bikes. It’s a beautiful place for a relaxing vacation.

I rented this thinking it was in purgatory not being real familiar with the area. Initially I was a bit disappointed when I really it was not in purgatory but that quickly changed. The setting was spectacular and the house immaculate and very large with each of us having our own bed and bath, with one to spare. The location was perfect to see all the local sites. I will definitely return!

We loved our rental in Tamarron. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation away from home. The details down to the k-cups and the shampoos in the bathrooms made us feel at home. Even though it’s about a 20 minute drive up the road from Durango, it’s worth it.

This condo offers magnificent views of the golden aspens of the San Juan Mountains along with a beautiful view of Glacier Club Golf Course. Fantastic Place!

This is a fantastic place! The condo is super nice, 8 mins from the slopes and 20 mins from downtown Durango. Beds are very comfortable. Great views of the San Juan Mountains. We skied, snow tubed, and rode the Polar Express on this trip. On a different trip in August, we played golf at Glacier Club (great track) and used the summer facilities at Purgatory. We will definitely be back and would totally recommend this condo.
