Enjoy your stay in Santa Fe in our bright, thoughtfully designed home located in the quiet Rosario Hill neighborhood. Ideally situated on the serene hillside just a few blocks from the Plaza. Enjoy the sunny Santa Fe weather on the front or back patio (both enclosed). Our guests also have access to the seasonal community swimming pool, hot tub and spacious clubhouse, a rare find in downtown Santa Fe! Our home is priced as an executive rental in a way that incentivize stays of 30+ days.

The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely. The dining room has seating for up to 4 guests and is a great spot to set up a daily workspace. Guests can also retreat outside to the private backyard patio, enclosed by a Santa Fe style coyote fence which features outdoor seating, a gas grill and wood burning chiminea.

The fully-equipped kitchen will inspire you to plan your own meals while experimenting with fresh Santa Fe ingredients from the farmers market or several nearby grocery stores. Or take a short stroll to the historic downtown district and experience the culinary adventure of the world class Santa Fe dining scene.

Relax by the cozy indoor kiva fireplace on chilly desert evenings and in warmer months, the newly installed central air conditioning will keep you cool and comfortable. Watch all your favorite streaming subscription channels on the smart TV or tune into the cable channels included in our Ultimate TV pkg. The unit also includes a stacked washer/dryer and plenty of pantry space for storage.

*Parking is unassigned and available on a first-come-first-serve basis. 2 vehicles are allowed and a parking pass must be hung in your vehicle window (available in the unit).

The home is conveniently located just 3 blocks from the famous Georgia O'Keeffe Museum and 5 blocks from the Plaza. You can easily take a longer stroll over to Canyon Road or to the Railyard District for the Farmers Market and Galleries. A quick 10 min drive gets you to the Santa Fe Opera, or hit the slopes at Ski Santa Fe, just a 35 minute drive away.


Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
