This 2,000 square foot, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom custom home with awe inspiring mountain views and an outdoor hot tub is the perfect mountain retreat.

Step inside to the living area with an open floor concept, vaulted ceilings and spacious seating area to relax in and enjoy great conversation and your favorite movie. The gourmet kitchen features a natural gas Thermador Professional range, grill top, griddle, and double oven. The circular custom-built dining table is the perfect space to enjoy a well-deserved meal.

All bedrooms are located on the second floor: The Primary En-suite bedroom is located on the second floor and features a King Bed with a spacious full bathroom with two vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a Queen bed and a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub is located next to the bedroom. The third bedroom features a Twin Bunk Bed and sofa.

2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed and TV
3rd Bedroom - Bunk Bed(single over single) and TV.

Relax in the hot tub with your morning hot beverage or an evening cocktail while gazing into the magnificent Uncompahgre River valley. Take a short walk along the river trail to the famous Ouray Natural Hot Springs Pool, excellent Ouray art galleries, or delectable dining options. There are hiking trails within two blocks and the home is the perfect base camp for off-roading, climbing, fishing, skiing, relaxing, or other mountain adventures.

This home is pet-friendly. Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs. The pet fee is $40.00, per night/$250.00 maximum.

About the Area: Nestled at the San Juan Gateway, Ouray, CO offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year. During the winter season bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, Downhill or Nordic skis and enjoy a wide variety of winter activities. Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. Take a scenic 60-minute drive to Telluride Ski Resort with top five in the nation ski runs, according to Conde Nast. Enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, unique shops and Ouray Hot Springs.

A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
