This beautiful open concept, single-level townhome is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village complex. Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October). You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area! Please note: our community pool and spa area will be closed for renovations from Sept 30, 2024 until April 11, 2025. This does not affect access to the private hot tub located on the patio which is available 24/7!

The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains.

The gas firepit on the patio is a wonderful place to gather and share stories of the days' activities! In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure or soak in the private hot tub located just outside on the enclosed patio. The nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!

The home offers a two-car garage, driveway and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

Very clean and comfortable

Very happy with this unit , I’ve stayed at may rentals and this was by far the cleanest and best stocked one I’ve stayed at so far . comfortable beds , nice hot tub ... no complaints
