Our 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home is ideally located within walking distance to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, our home is ideal for guests traveling to CDA for business or leisure and looking to experience an authentic local experience. We are located within a mile of Tubbs Hill a popular hiking an recreational area, Sherman Avenue which is home to many local shops, galleries and one-of-a-kind restaurants, McEuen Park, City Park, CDA Resort, and the lake!

Bed Configuration:

Master Bedroom - King
2nd Bedroom - Queen
3rd Bedroom - Full over Full (bunk style) and full trundle

Our calendar is updated in real-time, and our nightly rates are accurately displayed.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Inquire about further discounts for monthly rentals.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great place in Coeur d’Alene

The location was great, it was really nice to be that close to town. The house was perfect, it was small, but still gave us enough space that we weren’t on top of each other. It’s a cute little place and I’ll likely plan to stay there in the future.

Tubbs Hill Bungalow

Great location, close to Tubbs Hill, parks, Sherman St, this air-conditioned bungalow was perfect for us especially during the heatwave this summer.
