This charming 2-bedroom home was built in the early 1900's and has been very well maintained and updated while preserving some of the nostalgic pieces that make it unique like the retro oven in the kitchen - perfect for any baker or casserole lover. To add to the unique charm, you will find one-of-a-kind hand-painted art throughout. Although the home has old school charm, you are nestled in a trendy hotspot. Quick access to I-25 and walking distance to tons of great restaurants like the Feedery at Grow & Gather, a trendy farm to table eatery (just a block away). Also, just a 4-minute walk to Craig Hospital making this the perfect location for a traveling nurse.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Please note, this home does not have central AC. There are 2 portable ac units and fans to help keep the place nice and cool during the summer months.
