Our Tamarron Lodge suite has 2- bedrooms plus loft, 2-full baths, and a full kitchen. It is located near the resort amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Electric fireplace in living room.

This extra-large condo is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances. There are two bedrooms on the main level - one with a King and one with a Double (there is an open "window" up high on the wall between these two bedrooms - you can't see thru it to the other room, but you can hear thru it). The small upstairs loft has two Twin beds. Washer/Dryer in the condo. Wifi speeds 100+ mpbs.

ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. Travelers are subject to the cancellation policy that applies to the specific booking platform where they made their reservation (ex: AirBNB, VRBO, etc). When booking direct with VRC, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made within 14 days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least 30 nights, the cancellation policy above increases to 60 days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
