Our comfortable 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome features comfortable furnishings and mountain-modern decor throughout, a fully-stocked kitchen with new appliances, large dining room, two enclosed patios equipped with a gas grill, and a bicycle rack that holds up to 5 bikes.
Featuring an open concept, comfortable living space this 2-level townhome is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village Vista complex. Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista community is a private, quiet and beautifully landscaped community with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October), hot tub (open year round), tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic area and playground. You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area!
The home has the perfect configuration for two families or groups. Both bedrooms in this home are master suites with their own attached bathrooms. The two queen sofa sleepers in the living room also provides sleeping space for extra guests.
Prepare meals together in the fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home! Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim. It has two separate patios one facing east for the morning sun with great views of the La Sals and one facing west with Moab Rim views for sunsets and warm afternoons with your favorite beverage 🙂 The nearby community pool and hot tub are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!
The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

Spacious, comfortable, scenic and super clean condo for us to thoroughly enjoy our stay in Moab! So many national and state parks to take in and enjoy the majestic views! Our party of 8 ate dinner every night in the condo, had lots of room and we lacked nothing while staying here. We enjoyed the large outdoor back patio with its table/chairs and grill and the teens enjoyed the community pool/hottub each day! It was everything we needed and great memories were made in this home away from home! Thank you! "
