Condo outside Moab

This is a 2-story, 2-bedroom condo about 5 miles south of downtown Moab. It was impeccably clean and the site photos are accurate. The place has lovely art and wall photos with a southwest/native theme. Both bedrooms are upstairs, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. Each bedroom has an attached full bath; the king bathroom is tub-shower combo while the queen is shower only. The queen bedroom was quite small with only room for the bed and two nightstands. We also thought the queen mattress sloped to the middle and should be replaced. The king mattress was very firm and the room/bath was lovely. The walk to the condo complex's two pools and hot-tub was short...just around two buildings, perhaps a half-block total.

Spacious, exceptionally clean, and homey stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out. The kitchen was organized so well and easy to cook in. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of extras - blankets, pillows, sheets, towels, etc. The condo was completely spotless as well. I can't think of anything that would have made our stay better.

Vistas
The place was great, had everything we needed. The only issue was finding the place even after we had been there. I know the owner can't control this but it's odd the developer would not have a sign on the road.

Everything and then some!

This VRBO had everything we needed. And everything we didn't realize we needed until last minute. A fully stocked kitchen with appliances, utensils, dishes and even a cute little box with a new sponge and dish soap.
The VRBO was located in a quite neighborhood, s5mins outside of Moab. 10 mins from Slick rock, 15mins from Arches National Park.

Excellent little condo for Moab Stay
Easter Jeep Safari accommodations fill up fast each year and this was a perfect place for a family to stay. It has everything you would need.

Moab Stay

Spacious, comfortable, scenic and super clean condo for us to thoroughly enjoy our stay in Moab! So many national and state parks to take in and enjoy the majestic views! Our party of 8 ate dinner every night in the condo, had lots of room and we lacked nothing while staying here. We enjoyed the large outdoor back patio with its table/chairs and grill and the teens enjoyed the community pool/hottub each day! It was everything we needed and great memories were made in this home away from home! Thank you! "

Home away from Home

Spring break trip with 2 teenage boys spent hiking the many trails in and around Moab. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen had many cooking items needed to make your stay feel like home. The toiletries that were supplied was a very nice touch. The gas grill made for easy meals and was very clean. When we return to Moab, we will definitely seek to rent this unit again. Been using VRBO over the past 8 years and this was our favorite. Clean, well decorated and easy to find.

Great Parks Great Accommodations

We had a wonderful time visiting Canyonlands, Arches and Dead Horse Canyon and then returning each evening to relax at the condo. Sitting on the back porch, grilling dinner and re-hydrating with adult beverages.

Arches National Park Spring Break
Perfect place to stay. We were there early March so the area was not crowded. The townhouse was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. Great place to relax after a day of hiking in the park. Great off season rates too! Definitely recommend this home for your vacation.

Our Favorite Rental!

Great location to Moab, Canyonlands and Arches in a brand new neighborhood. The townhome was immaculate, Kitchen was stocked with more than we needed, furniture and supplies were all in new condition, ample space for a family of 6 to spread out, great outdoor spaces with great views. Would 100% stay here again.

Excellent rental, superb kitchen nicely appointed with all needed for meal preparation. Beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable as well as the pillows. Interior very clean and colorful! If I return to Moab, this would be the unit to rent!

Super clean, super new, super good value
Our small family stayed two nights here with another small family. Each family had their own bedroom and sleeper sofa and full bathroom. There was also a half bath downstairs for the kids at night. Kitchen was very well stocked and there was ice in the freezer (no everywhere provides ice so I really like it when they do.) There was a great grill out back and two small pools and a hot tub for the kids to enjoy. They even provided pool towels along with all the other linens and toiletries you’d expect from a nicer hotel. It was a great place to stay and we’d definitely go back. I’m a bit of a clean freak and this place made me so comfortable.
